Retro Housewife Goes Green- Monthly Update

Good morning! Happy December!

I hope everyone is having a great start to the holiday season. I adore this time of the year and spend November getting the house all decorated for Christmas, yes I'm an early decorator.

I don't celebrate Thanksgiving but I do celebrate my own made-up holiday of Macy's Parade Day. 🤣 For the day I of course watched the parade. I also made a meal for my husband and in-laws.

We also had a family Zoom call with my family on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. My adorable niece sang a Christmas song for us and we had a lovely time chatting. It was a lovely chill time without all of the pressure we often put on ourselves around the holidays.

This month I also have something special to share! I have a practical freebie to share with you that can help you get your routines and systems up and running before the holidays.

My friend Katie from Organizing Moms has a free, quick-win workbook that walks you through the process of setting up a simple home management routine that you can use every week.

Can you relate to any of these scenarios?

  • You’ve tried cleaning routines, but didn’t like them, and didn’t stick with them.
  • You put things off, and then eventually forget about them until you notice something so gross that you have to do emergency cleaning.
  • You feel like you’re always putting out fires when it comes to home management

If you answered yes, this workbook is for you!

The Home Management Plan workbook will help you create a realistic home management plan that works for you.

Get your free workbook here—> ttps://organizingmoms.lpages.co/retro-housewife-goes-green-home-management-workbook/

It's a really great workbook and you can't beat the price of free.

Be sure you are following me on Instagram because I'll be posting a lot of holiday baking and other festive things.

I'd love to hear how your November went, hit reply, and let's chat.

Happy April! As always the month went by so fast. It was quite an eventful month for my family. A couple of weeks ago we had an historic hail storm. Being in southern Oklahoma we are no strangers to hail, so when I say historic you know it's bad. That hail may look big but that is a rather melted piece. We had softballs and...
